Refund Policy – The Golf Store

At The Golf Store, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy with your order for any reason, we're here to help.

Returns

You may return most new, unused items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Items must be returned in their original condition, including all tags, packaging, and accessories.

Non-returnable items include:

  • Gift cards

  • Clearance or final sale items

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you by email. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days.

Please note:

  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

  • If the return is due to our error (e.g., incorrect or defective item), we will cover the return shipping cost.

Exchanges

Need a different size or item? Contact us to arrange an exchange. We’ll help you return the original item and place a new order.

Return Process

To initiate a return:

  1. Email us at matthew@thegolfstore.co.uk with your order number and reason for return.

  2. We’ll provide return instructions and a shipping label (if applicable).

  3. Pack the item securely and drop it off with the carrier.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Include photos and a description of the issue so we can resolve it promptly.
